Unit 2’s use of natural light is fitting with the client’s request to keep the space cool and open. The large window on the North Elevation overlooks a raised garden bed, inviting the outdoors into the apartment’s multi-purpose area.
Functional storage, in keeping with a minimalist theme, lines the walls of Unit 2. A tucked-away pantry and book shelf encourage a clutter-free environment suited for living comfortably in 400 sq. ft.
